Light but Effective
As a 77 yo woman who has been using Dr. Weil’s skin care program for 20 years, ‘it shows.’ Friends and strangers often comment: “‘what beautiful skin’ you have, my dear.!” Heredity always plays a role, along with hydration, but this product has been a faithful, supportive companion for years.

Can I give six stars? THIS STUFF IS AMAZING. I’m 35 and starting to get wrinkles. I just bought a Botox Groupon I haven’t used yet lol. I might not have to because my laugh lines are gone! My forehead wrinkles look so much better. This is after ONE day. It’s worth a hundo for this stuff GET IT!!

A staple in my skincare routine
My skin often feels a little tight and reactive after cleansing but this Origins Mega Mushroom Advanced Face Serum calmed everything down immediately.It’s a light serum that’s almost watery which I actually prefer. It spreads easily and sinks into my skin almost instantly. No greasy residue which is great because I hate that sticky feeling some serums leave behind. It also feels really soothing as I apply it. The scent is subtle and earthy and it’s not overpowering at all.I’ve been using it consistently for a few weeks now and the biggest difference I’ve noticed is the reduction in redness. I tend to get flushed easily and those red patches on my cheeks have definitely become less noticeable.Overall, it feels gentle yet effective and it really helped to soothe and strengthen my temperamental skin. If you’re dealing with redness, sensitivity or just skin that feels a bit out of whack, I’d recommend giving this Origins Mega Mushroom Advanced Face Serum a go.

Mega-Mushroom Results
The Origins’ Mega Mushroom Relief and Resilience serum is divine. I ordered this because this line is affiliated with Andrew Weil M.D. If you’re not familiar with him he’s a respected physician who has been advancing natural health, as well as scientifically proven medical options, for at least 25 years. My mom had a subscription to his monthly newsletter. Anything that gives us a scientifically proven answer using the most natural of ingredients is a winner to me.The serum looks like a lotion. As soon as you begin to lightly massage this into your skin you’ll say “ahhhhhhh” because the feeling is sublime. This is a lightweight but exceptionally hydrating liquid. Zero tackiness when applying! Love this. You can tell your serum has absorbed and I could see a difference the first day. The serum contains Reishi mushrooms and adaptogens such as licorice root. The result is smooth looking, soft soft feeling skin. It is also designed to reduce redness and is formulated for sensitive skin. My skin is sensitive and mature and this Mega-Mushroom felt so nice and soothing during and after application. My face feels healthy, moisturized and I’m still kind of in shock. I’m still stunned that a serum can be this moisturizing, gentle, and even show results the first day. The price is my only concern. At $90 a bottle this will last only a month if applied both am and pm as directed. I’m loving this product after only 3 days and hate to think what I’ll have to give up in order to splurge on this 😉

Great serum! No serum feeling to it and it absorbs immediately
The Origins Mega-Mushroom serum goes on really smooth and absorbs the quickest I think I have ever seen! It has this lovely citrusy smell! This is such a nice serum to wear on my face. It leaves no serum feeling to it, no stickiness, no feeling at all. It is completely absorbed and you can move right on with the next step of your facial routine. I have been using it alone, just so I can really judge how it is working, and I really like this. No skin issues, and my skin feels soft and hydrated even with jus this on my face.This is a lovely serum! I am so enjoying it and the way it feels on my face. This is nice to have and I would recommend it for its lovely smell, light feeling, quick absorbency and facial hydration.Made in USA⭐️ 1 star – I don’t recommend it at all, poor quality, or it does not reflect the advertising.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars – I don’t recommend it, it has multiple faults, or is not priced where it should be for the product.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars – It’s passable. Don’t love the smell
I don’t have a lot of redness, so I can’t speak to its effectiveness at reducing redness, however, it does make my skin feel very smooth. It has an almost liquid consistency, so it goes on easily and a little goes a long way. My biggest complaint with it is the smell. It’s smells kind of medicinal or like a spa, which I don’t particularly like. I usually follow it with my moisturizer to mask the smell.
