Happy with the results, great product, and a huge bottle!
I saw results from the first dose. I was waiting for these with so much hope, and I was not disappointed. I can tell you this helped me sleep without hot flashes on the first night I took it. It says the dose is 3 a day, I still have to figure out what time of the day would work best for me, but so far, {3 days} results have been great! I love it, that is natural, because I can’t use hormones to treat perimenopause, no side effects so far, and it’s a huge bottle, I’m so happy I got so much value for what I paid. Happy customer.

Black Cohosh is a life changer for me
Black Cohosh has been a life changer for me. I take it in the morning with breakfast (this product) and then a smaller dose in the evening before bed. Along with some other supplements, I sleep through the night (8 hours) on most nights. I still use estrogen cream and an estrogen patch, but they were not helping me 100% as I got older. These fill in the gaps and don’t have the estrogenic effects on my body that caused me so many side effects from higher doses of estrogen, but they give me the benefits! I sleep better, I feel better, and my digestive system works better. They are easy to swallow, yet I chew most pills so they can start the absorption process quickly. The taste is not too bad, and they start becoming effective quickly, especially my evening dose. I use in addition to transdermal estrogen therapy, so I’m not sure if it would work by itself, but as I was aging the transdermal estrogen was no longer helping, and I went off the pills because they can cause estrogenic effects that could potentially harm a person, even with progesterone (which I also take). If your physician is not ordering you hormone replacement therapy, this is certainly worth a try.

I am perimenopausal and the mood swings are something terrible a lot of the times and I thought there was no help. I take these as directed and have noticed a HUGE change in my overall mood. There is no after taste and they’re not overly large. I will continue to purchase these.
