Does this new concentrated pill work as good?
I’m a little frantic right now because I have been taking your original capsule of black cohosh for a year. It worked great from day one. This month, the capsules are smaller and the ingredients are different. The label shows difference in a comparison chart between the two pills. The original stuff worked very very well for me. Within one day my hot flashes vanished. I am starting this new cocktail today. I pray it continues to work as the other blend did. Is there anyone else that had taken the new black cohosh capsules that are really small? Did they work for you? I will update this post in a couple weeks. This always happens to me. I’ll start taking a supplement for a few months or even a year and it works well. Then they change the cocktail and it doesn’t work at all. What’s up with that? I’m hopeful that’s not the case here. My stars are for the original black cohosh.Update: The new formula works great. I was skeptical at first but have been taking it for a couple weeks now. I am very happy with the results-no hot flashes!

I was miserable with hot flashes and night sweats in perimenopause. These pills have been a saving grace. I take one an hour before bed and I sleep better, I’m not hot, I don’t sweat as much. With time I now get a little chilly and I never thought that would happen again.

Amazing supplement, it worked for me!
I love that it is organic and has no added fillers, after taking a couple of weeks I noticed a decrease in symptoms. I’m on my second month and take one capsule daily, my night sweats and hot flashes have decreased significantly. My only concern is that it’s 600mg, after researching different recommendations I’m concerned it may be too high of a dose???? I read doses should not exceed 220 mg. I have now started taking it every other day but have noticed night sweats and flashes gradually returning…???

Smaller Capsule?
I’m not sure what to rate this because I’ve been taking this for several months, have purchased at least 3 times, and this third time, the capsules are super tiny. Very happy with the previous blend. I don’t have the other bottle to compare ingredients, but I saw another reviewer say the formula is different. Fingers crossed it’s still as good as the other.

This has helped with my hot flashes,I take 2 a day, twice a day. Well worth the money. No other meds. Needed. I’ve been using it fo over a year now.
