The taste is pretty bad but it’s a lot of protein in a small shot.

Bitter/sour
My stomach doesnt tolerate bitter or sour foods very well. Straight out of the pouch this product is bitter/sour. I will be mixing it in water with a bit of sweetener to make it easier on my stomach. The peach flavor is very nice.

Convenient and easy to take collagen shots
I picked these up to add a little extra protein and collagen into my routine, and they’ve been really convenient. Couldn’t get past the flavor
Really tried to give these an honest go but the flavor and texture was terrible to me. The consistency is a thick goo and the didn’t made me immediately nope out. Came back and tried it again and same result.Packaging seems nice enough but looking things over, protein seems like an after thought and collagen seems to be the focus on these.Had a couple other people try them and neither of them could finish one either. Literally couldn’t give them away. Might be most effective as some kind of challenge to see who can actually finish one but it won’t be me.

Good Ingredients but Overly Tart Peach Flavor
I really wanted to like this protein shot because the ingredients and health benefits seem great. However, I just couldn’t get past the tangy tartness of the peach flavor. It was much stronger than expected and difficult for me to enjoy.I tried mixing it into plain yogurt, which did help somewhat, but I still couldn’t finish the whole pouch. Unfortunately, if I can’t comfortably use the full serving, it takes away from the overall effectiveness. While the formula seems high quality, the flavor just wasn’t for me.

Fast and easy way to get your protein
This is a great way to get In your protein on those busy days. The taste is very good but a little tart not mixed with anything. I love that I can use this instead of a whole protein drink.

Tastes great, misleading branding though.
For what the product is I would give it a higher rating but it is definitely misleading. The product brands itself as a protein shot, which it’s not. This is a collagen supplement with amino acids. This is not a complete protein supplement and should be used for collagen supplementation and not protein for muscle growth. It is lacking leucine specifically which is not added to the product unlike the others. It is still good to have pre workout for an extra amino acid boost and fuels the body, however it’s not ideal for muscle growth. It tasted really good and is quite sour and not overly sweet. It is enjoyable to drink overall. It’s also very easy to rip open and drink extremely fast.
