My husband and I are both using this supplement. The quality of our sleep has greatly improved, along with our overall mood. It’s easy to use as it melts in your mouth and has a subtle sweet taste, which may come from from the beets in the product. The price is affordable. I will purchase this product again.

Strong Sleep Aid, But The Label Is A Bit Confusing
I grabbed this bottle because I felt like my standard 5mg gummies weren’t really doing the trick anymore on stressful nights. First off, this stuff definitely works. I usually take one about 30 minutes before I want to be asleep, and it knocks me out pretty reliably without that restless tossing and turning phase. I also appreciate the addition of Ashwagandha and Chamomile; it feels like a more well-rounded approach to relaxation rather than just a straight melatonin hit.However, read the fine print before you buy. The bottle screams “40 mg” on the front, but that is for the *entire* complex. The actual melatonin content is 12 mg per tablet. That is still a very high dose (standard is usually 3-5 mg), but don’t buy this thinking you are getting 40 mg of pure melatonin per pill.Also, the “fast dissolve” claim is a bit generous. They are somewhat chalky and take a while to actually break down under your tongue. I usually lose patience halfway through and just chew it up and wash it down with water. The berry flavor is tolerable—kind of like a generic vitamin taste—but not exactly a treat.

Terrible flavor and texture
Terrible flavor and texture. Gritty, crumbles, bitter and chalky initial taste is of artificial sweetener not a nice sweet or sour fruity taste. This is the second item I have tried by this brand VERY DISAPPOINTED. ICKY!!
