Zena really works!!!
This is a great way to get your collagen, peptides and biotin all at once. Since starting taking Zena Nutrition Liquid I have seen a difference in my nails (they are stronger & are growing fast). My hair is getting fuller & is also growing fast. I highly recommend this product for everyone.

Zena high absorption Collagen and Biotin supplement. It’s good. It was recommended to me by my health conscious dental hygienist whom I trust. The mixed berry flavor is tolerable. It tastes like liquid vitamins plus berry flavoring. Not the greatest but it’s fine. I don’t mix it with water but just take a shot glass of this straight.If you’re over 30 years old you likely need collagen. Our bodies stop producing it over time. I’m 57 so it is a must for me. I just consider this part of my supplement routine. Third time purchasing. Should have started taking it sooner but better late than never. 🙂

Zena Nutrition Collagen and Biotin
Zena Nutrition Liquid Collagen Peptides and Biotin has had positive results just as promised for me. I take it everyday and have seen awesome results. My hair looks thicker, more shiny and less dry. Less of my hair coming out is seen since taking Zena. My face looks softer and skin tone more even. I started taking Zena as a result of the difference in my hair after taking a prescribed medication. I’ve seen my fingernails are now growing so much faster. I’ve been taking about 5-6 months. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. You will be amazed at the results.

The flavor in pleasant, and my stomach has tightened. I have only been taking it for a month, so I have seen very little weight loss.

Collagen Biotin Liquid Supplement
This is a great Collagen Biotin supplement. It is liquid and I store it in my refrigerator. It doesn’t taste that great, kind of like cough syrup? It doesn’t smell good and is a touch grainy in texture. I suppose you could mix it in with something if you are that particular. I do wish it tasted better but if it comprises the quality than keep it the same. It is a vitamin supplement after all. The dose you drink is just a little bit so I tolerate it and I thought the liquid would absorb better than pills. I think my hair, skin, and nails are healthier and grow better when I use this supplement. I am a 49 y/o female.
