I have been looking around for probiotics that actually do hit the intestines. I can tell when they do because of the quality of the stool. Before taking these it was hit or miss. Now every time it’s a log 🪵 clean barely have to wipe. I’m also losing weight faster because I’m not so bloated and my body is actually absorbing the foods I eat now.
