Its tasty and doesn’t cause me a upset stomach and it is easy to take
Honestly this is my third time buying this. I struggle with taking vitamins because a lot of them cause me nausea or stomach upset. This tastes like strawberry candy and I actually really like the taste it reminds me of those strawberry candies in the little wrappers that look like strawberries on the outside. I feel like I am less tired when I take it and that overall I seem to be less exhausted and foggy brained but honestly I am not looking for it to do anything magical I just wanted a liquid vitamin type thing that I could take easily without needing to be refrigerated, without it causing me to gag from the taste or texture, and without causing stomach upset all of which this accomplishes and I feel good about it. I like that it has some iron supplement in it to help with my slight anemia but it also doesn’t taste awful like most vitamins with added iron do.

Supplement needs and responses are very individual. You just have to try.
First off, I think it tastes great! a little like a slightly sour strawberry candy. So the reviews about the taste being so awful is going to reflect a very personal preference. I’m wondering if the consistency is part of the problem for some. I’ve taken other “drops” on the market that weren’t as thick and quite frankly, weren’t great tasting. But they were not as thick and allowed you to hold under your tongue for sublingual absorption. In very small letters, this box states that there’s “vegetable glycerin” in them, so the texture is oily. Maybe that’s an issue for some.I won’t lie– I was hesitant to even try these because they’re “off brand” and any kind of garbage COULD be added to any supplement. But desperate times call for desperate measures, and I’m going to give these a fair shot. I really need to get my cortisol levels controlled, and I’d love to get my cravings under control. I’m going to take this twice a day in hopes it aids me in this.So if we do the math, one dose is 1ml. An entire dropperful is going to leave you coming up short if you’re trying to make the bottle last a month. There are 60mls in the bottle, so you shouldn’t be going past the 1ml mark per dose. I’ve started with 0.5ml twice a day just to make sure my body is cool with it. I will move up to 1ml within a week.The first thing I noticed was my brain fog cleared. On the very first dose, I was able to think more clearly. My mood felt a little less heavy. There’s something in this that my body likes. I don’t think I’m taking enough right now to know how it’s going to affect my sleep. What I will say is that the OTHER drops I took gave me gradual, subtle results but they were so expensive that I couldn’t justify them. Now that I know what to look for, if these give me the same or similar results, I’ll continue to take them.

Anticipating Improvement in a Few Weeks
It’s a little soon to give a full review but this is my impression so far:Been in a funk and definitely having perimenopausal issues. My doctor’s office’s nurse practitioner refused to entertain the idea of hormones. Instead, she gave me a bunch of samples for supplements that were extremely expensive, one prescription, and all included ingredients that I could not take due to either other medications or conditions. I even asked her about it and she assured me they were all fine yet couldn’t tell me what ingredients, active ir otherwise, the products contained and wouldn’t bother to read them. I researched it when I got hone and none of the 3 samples were appropriate for me.Upon looking for an affordable supplement that would help my hormones, and symptoms, along with added vitamins, these popped up. The price seemed right. The ingredients were clear and not indicated as ones that I should avoid so I bought them.They just arrived. I’m in a bad funk today. I took a dropper full. I was convinced that the immediate effects was just the placebo effect until I read a few reviews. I guess I’m missing something.One review mentioned the texture might be a problem for someone. I’m fine with it but I completely agree with that assessment. It could be the same with taste. My bottles say take 2ml per day as opposed to 1ml as posted on a review. The problem is that my dropper has no measurements marked. I’m going with the assumption that 1 full dropper is 2ml. I might have a dropper from something else that I can use.Anyway, we’ll see how it goes after a few weeks. I’m hoping to stabilize my energy, mood and emotions, stress, weight, etc. I also see that many ingredients have anti inflammatory properties as well as aids in digestion. Both of which is very beneficial for my needs. If all goes well, I might have found my daily supplement and can stop buying 20 different bottles of other supplements. However, whike this supports iron levels, there is a goid food based iron supplement sold at Costco. It comes in a tablet form, swallowed whole but it’s small, and it does not upset the stomach. It can even be taken without food. Anyone hoping to increase their iron without rx or stomach upsetting, constipating iron pills, this other one is good. I can see it being complementary to this supplement.
