Incredible supplements
Im in perimenopause and I have been miserable with brain fog, anxiety, no energy, irritable, not sleeping, stressed and suddenly I have a fat pouch in my miserable section that’s never been there. I take these before bed and let me tell you I get the best sleep ever! I wake up Feeling so rejuvenated and well rested 💖it really relaxes me when I’m trying to wind down. I have adhd so sometimes i have a tendency to feel a little anxious at night when I lay down (probably due to my meds)….I can always tell when I don’t take them because I wake up several times throughout the night and feel kinda tired throughout the day.

I never dared to try it as once it arrived and I looked into it more, all I can see are warnings from California that it contains lead!!! So I don’t dare to take it now and I can’t return it!!
