Cleared my skin
My SO buys these and says:This is a good quality supplement that actually works. As always, it is a supplement not approved by the FDA and should not be taken if you have health issues or are taking medication without the consult of a doctor. That being said, I did my research on DIM and the other ingredients, which are not fillers but instead improve the phase I and phase II processes of the liver. This helps the liver “deactivate” excess estrogen for elimination through waste so that it doesn’t just recirculate back into the blood where it can do all kinda of bad if not kept in check. Look into it if you’re interested.I purchased this product because I’ve been told by doctors that I have hormonal problems, but none of them were willing to look into it. All they wanted to do was prescribe birth control, which I took for 2 months and I just couldn’t handle it. I wanted to improve my migraines, my PMS symptoms, and my skin (assuming it was all connected) so after years of research and trials, I decided to finally give this a try. To my surprise, it actually worked! But, it only worked for my skin. I still get migraines, and I still have PMS, but my skin cleared right up within 2 months. I had acne on my upper back, shoulders, and face, and its pretty much all gone now! For this reason alone, I will continue to purchase this product. In fact, this is my 4th bottle.My advice to you is start slow. If you take too much of this too soon (I decided 200 mg a day was a good start), you will probably feel like you’re hungover. Also, if you have skin problems, do not take this just because. If you suspect you have estrogen dominance and have done your research then try it, but it should not be your first solution.

The pills are easy to swallow
This was prescribed to me by a naturopathic doctor to help break down excessive estrogen and balance my hormones. I have been on it for about one month, two pills per day in the morning. The pills are easy to swallow, with no aftertaste or upset stomach. Although I always take them with food. My urine is very orange, which was a little unsettling at first, but normal. It also has a slight odor. Again, normal.I noticed that my skin broke out a bit more than usual, but I think it must be my hormones adjusting. I also seem to have a lot more energy at night, which I read is due to my body absorbing nutrients more easily due to the DIM.I am approaching the end of my cycle and will see how it goes…I would recommend this product and I would buy it again.

Great Help with Hormone-Induced Migraines
I was having symptoms of high estrogen and this product was suggested in a book I read. I’ve been taking this product for a little over 2 years now. One of the greatest benefits I experienced was a drastic reduction in the hormone-induced migraines I was having. I still have a few here and there (usually when I’m eating out or on vacation and forget to take them), but even when I do have them, they are much less painful and very tolerable. I also noticed that the heart palpitations I experienced lessened quite a bit. I have had to increase my dosage to taking 2 every day as opposed to the 1 a day I took at the beginning, but then again, I’m getting older and my hormones are getting more whacked out as I navigate being perimenopausal.

This stuff makes me feel normal helps with menopause symptoms. The only annoying part is sometimes they don’t have it in stock and I have to buy the dim complete or the dim complex.

I’ve never heard of this until someone had mentioned it to me. I went through menopause and things just immediately changed for me, my body, gain weight, and mood swings. One of my colleagues had mentioned DIM. This is the product that she uses. Let me tell you, within 2 weeks of me taking it (maybe even sooner), the way I feel, and my mood relatively changed. I have been taking it now for 3 months. It helps, at least it helped me.

Great product
My doctor recommended it to help balance my hormones. My period has been irregular since I first got it when I was 14. I would go 3-4 months without getting periods. I’m 35 now and over a year ago my doctor recommended this product. I can’t even believe I’m getting my period regularly, – every month. It also helps me with my back acne.

Better than px side effects given
After my hysterectomy, at 34yrs old, my hormones were out of balance. I tried a couple prescriptions my Dr recommended and they had crazy side effects. I was also trying to solve my adult acne issue.I’m not sure I saw overnight results with these but I know I feel better staying on them after trying to see how I felt going off after 6 months. My acne is cleared up and I’m not sure I can give all the credit here because I’ve tried a couple things in conjunction with these. Either way, I really like these!
