HOT cream is hot, don’t be surprised
First off, it has a pretty heated sensation, almost like burning BUT let’s be real because the label literally tells us it’s a HOT cream. That’s the only part I didn’t like but you get used to it if you’re being active AND using it consistently. It works but again, consistent usage is needed and also I have a light workout routine that helps. Also you should wear gloves or wash your hands immediately after application because the burn starts really quick. It’s as easy to apply as any other lotion and the price is good too. It doesn’t really have a scent to it that I noticed and the size for each bottle is decent for the price. Will likely purchase again when I run out.

WARNING ON USING THIS PRODUCT
****WARNING****I ordered after seeing that for the most part, reviews were positive with few mentioning skin irritation. I applied it twice with gloves and it wasn’t just the ‘heat’ generated but an unpleasant and itchy sensation. I stopped using it. A couple of days after, I noticed bruises on 2 areas about 2 inches wide and several smallerones. My abdominal area definitely looks like it was ‘punched’! I’ll stick to sit ups to enhance my appearance.IF YOU DECIDE TO USE this product, be vigilant and discontinue using it immediately if you feel or have a similar experience like mine!
