I do not usually use gummies because they contain sugar which I do not want or need. However, these chewable Melatonin ones are delicious and truly help me fall and stay asleep, so they are the exception to my anti-gummie bias. I’ve been using this melatonin in gummy form, and overall it works really well for me.
