Battery will not charge
Only worked twice. I’ve had the battery charged, but will not turn on on the third use. So I unplugged it plugged it back again. Waited the next day and still nothing. This has happened three times where I’ve tried to use it for the third time but to no avail. There are no instructions on troubleshooting. There’s no phone number to call on the instructions. I need help.

This mask is easy and convenient to use. It is chargeable and can be used while performing different activities. I love the 7 different light settings that target many different skin concerns. This mask is soft and comfortable on the skin. I would definitely recommend this mask.

Red Light Therapy That WORKS
I’ve been wanting to get a Red Light Therapy Mask for a while now and I’m so glad pulled the trigger on this one. I’ve been breaking out a little and wanted something to lighten wrinkles and I do so a difference after just a couple days. I’ll update once I’m a few weeks in but so far so good. I can see a difference in the wrinkles by my mouth, they’re so much lighter now. I’m truly pleasantly surprised. Very relaxing and not hot or too much at all. And it’s also cool that it has multiple light settings for everything you need.

I ordered these twice and both times it did not work. Had to send back. The second one you can tell it was used.
