I like these masks because they cover a large part of the neck. One thing to keep in mind is that they are very wet, so I feel my skin gets fully hydrated.

Impressive Firming Mask with a Secure Fit and Noticeable Tightening Effect
I tried the medicube PDRN Pink Tension Up Mask, and it’s one of the more unique multi‑step masks I’ve used. This isn’t your typical sheet mask—it’s a full tension system designed to lift and contour, and the design actually works surprisingly well.The 3‑step setup is clever. The ear‑hook straps help anchor the mask, the upward wings add extra lift along the jawline, and the tightening band locks everything in place. Once secured, it stays put without sliding around, which makes the 10–20 minutes of wear much more comfortable than I expected.The essence itself is generous and feels soothing on the skin. The formula includes high‑purity Salmon PDRN, niacinamide, NAD+, and caffeine, and my skin definitely looked more refreshed and awake afterward. Puffiness around the jawline was noticeably reduced, and the overall firmness felt improved for the rest of the day. I am 46 and have dry, aging skin, especially fine lines and eleven lines on my forehead and a sagging neck area. I love trying new skincare products to combat my concerns – especially Korean skincare. Medicube is always a solid choice and I love trying their new products. I recently had the opportunity to order and try their new PDRN Pink Tension Masks. This is a 4 pack of masks that also comes with one tightening band. The masks are sheet style and only need to be worn for 10-20 minutes, so these are perfect for nights that I want to do self care but am short on time. The masks themselves have a couple nice additions. First, there are ear loops that allow you to increase the tension on your face – and there’s 3 different holes on each side to choose your tension level. Second, there’s a longer mask portion that is made to go over your under chin/turkey neck area – both of these features are pretty unique and I’ve only seen the ear loops on one other product before. Additionally, this includes one head wrap, which is simply a piece of long, narrow, fabric like paper. The idea is to apply the mask, tension up with the ear loops and finally, wrap the fabric around your head, lifting up from the chin. The wrap does not affix in any way, you just tuck one end under the rest, but it stays in place nicely. The wrap is nice and thick, and does not tear while using. I like the style and ease of using this, and appreciate the fun additions though the final wrap stage mostly feels like a novelty. Ingredient wise, these are full of nice additions including Salmon PDRN, Peptides, Niacinamide, Allantoin, NAD, Caffeine, Panthenol, Adenosine, and Collagen. These are great ingredients to target the claimed benefits, which include firming, more bouncy skin, evening skin tone, creating that nice k-beauty glow. Running the ingredients through an analyzer, it shows two alerts: not fungal acne safe or fragrance free – but these are free of sulfates, silicones, parabens, oil, alcohol, EU allergens and are reef-safe. While they are not free of fragrance, I don’t really notice any scent. After using, my face doesn’t seem much more firm but I can absolutely feel the bounciness and see the glow – and I love that. The one downside of these masks is that they only come with one wrap – so despite the fact that it wraps around the chin part of the mask, and gets product on it, your only choice is to re-use it if you want to have that extra firming quality every time. Ultimately, I think these are part novelty and part great sheet masks. I’m enjoying using them, and have not had any adverse reactions at all. The masks themselves are nice and have good quality ingredients in them. They do delivery mostly on the claims for benefits. $20 for 4 masks is a really good deal and the nice quality makes them a great value. These are worth trying!

Nice Neck Coverage, Limited Firming Results
After using this Medicube PDRN Pink Tension Up Mask a couple of times, I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s probably better suited for younger skin than mine. I don’t think any single mask is going to dramatically tighten my jawline or erase lines at this stage, but there’s always hope for at least a little improvement.This mask is different from many others I’ve tried. The sheet itself is thicker and heavier than most, and the serum, likely due to the PDRN, has a sticky, tacky texture similar to snail mucin. Before applying it, I tied my hair back securely to avoid transferring serum from the ear loops to my hair.The mask was fairly easy to apply and adjust. It’s generously sized and fully covered my face. The ear loops do provide a gentle lifting effect, and I especially liked that the mask extends well below the chin for good neck coverage. It feels cooling when first applied, but for me, that sensation faded quickly compared to other masks I’ve used. I left it on for 20 minutes and was ready to remove it by then, as I was very aware of the heavier material on my skin.After removing the mask, I gently patted and smoothed the remaining serum into my skin. Unfortunately, even 30 minutes later, my skin still felt tacky both times I used it. I also didn’t notice any visible difference in firmness, smoothness, or plumpness, even in the short term. My skin did feel slightly more hydrated. Other masks I’ve tried have given at least a temporary glow or smoothing effect. To be fair, those were formulated for different purposes, but I did have higher expectations for this one given the ingredient list.That said, I do think this mask may be better suited for younger skin. Those in their 20s to 40s might see more noticeable results, whether as preventative care or for mild early firmness concerns. I passed the remaining two masks along to a family member in that age range and hope they work well for her.
