Long hold press to turn on power button
I really thought mine was broken or not charging correctly. But, you have to long hold press to turn on the device. It works! I love the color options for different skin goals.There is a timer so you don’t have to set your own timer on your phone.I took off a star because I find the mask uncomfortable. To secure it I need to have it somewhat snug but hen the eye sections dig into my skin and leave a dent. The eye holes don’t really line up with my face very well.I have found a solution and I only use it while laying down. So, just before bed I’ll get my 10 minutes of therapy in.I love that this set has a neck option. That is where I really need the attention. Most masks don’t have this feature. When I’m done with my 10 minutes – I set another timer and use it on the top of my hands – hoping that they’ll receive a little good collagen production therapy, too.

Love This
This is great and very easy to use. The directions walk you through the options, just select what you want and enjoy. It’s not too heavy when you wear it so you don’t feel trapped and the batter goes a good amount of time. This fits comfortably and so far, is of great quality. This is my daily relaxation routine.

A bit snug but impressive
The red light therapy mask from Lumenixa has earned a spot on my beauty counter. The neck addition is unique because many masks do not include this component. Both are lighter weight than I expected. They are comfortable but the face part is a little bit tight.The mask is easy to use and fairly self explanatory. The quality appears solid and the function might even go overboard with the 7 light options. I really only use the standard red light. The one I stay away from is the blue because of its effects on hyper-pigmentation.Overall I would say that the value for the money is solid. I saw a very similar mask at a department store and it was 4 times more expensive.

I’m not the problem…I think
This redlight therapy for both face and neck had me emotionally drained for a second 😭. It made me a little insecure thinking my head was gigantic, because it wasn’t fitting comfortably while tightened or loosened. I chose not to settle with that thought, so I kept playing with it and it has fixed, but it took some work and figuring out the right position to do my treatment in.The Velcro strap concept is fine, however I wish it was more adjustable than it offers. Something is weird about the strap portion. I actually have another one of these that I love and it has an adjustable strap like this one. The difference? The one I love actually fits me comfortably when adjusted without the headache.I like that this conveniently offers a 15-25 minute therapy session. It really doesn’t take long! What intrigued me most about this redlight therapy set was the 7 therapy lights! 7?!?! I’ve only experienced these ever with 3 lights. I like this!!!!I would recommend the company do a second part upgrade alongside the adjustable Velcro strap. I’d also want to see change in the “remote” as well. I’d love it if they added a button for each light. That way, you know exactly what you are set on with one push of a button! Oh! Also please more elaborate instructions within the manual 😕. My least favorite thing is when you get high tech items like this one and there are no detailed instructions on what it offers or how it works. Personally, it makes it less trustworthy for me. This one is okay, but I have had better.

Self-intuitive setup, directions are minimal
The mask (both face and neck) includes a velcro band that can be adjusted depending on the size needed; although I found it was very tight around my forehead yet still loose around my cheeks & chin area when I adjusted it in order to keep it “on.” My suggestion is to lay down and relax while using it so it doesn’t have to be strapped tightly in order for the mask to stay in place. I liked that several light options were included, but I don’t like to keep my eyes open while using red-light therapy products and I needed to open them in order to see what light selection I was on. The timer default was 15 minutes. After just one use, my skin felt tighter (using the red light). It also felt a bit dry, and the directions do say to moisturize after using. The included pamphlet lists all the items included in this set, but not necessarily how they should be used. So, with some trial and error, I found the best & most comfortable placement of the eye cups and head strap. And lastly, my eyes apparently are closer together than “normal” people, because the eye openings didn’t fit me as well as I wished they would. This is an item that doesn’t show its true benefits for a month or more, so I can’t comment on whether it actually “works.” It’s easy to use, in a way, so I know that will keep me using it.

A bit tight
I’ve heard great things about red light therapy and I’ve got a small spot wandering but nothing for a full face situation. I love that this comes with a remote timer and the ability to do different types of light therapy. It is very tight on my head and not adjustable, however. The charge seems to last awhile and I can’t wait to see the long term benefits.
