I currently take separate NMN and NR supplements, so I was interested in this VIVI Youth doctor-formulated NAD+ supplement as a way to simplify my daily routine by combining both into one product. I was on the fence for a while about taking this. Then I went for it. The mental clarity from day one was outstanding! It eliminated cravings and surprisingly enough it even kept my mood elevated. Will buy again, worth the money.

Unreadable test results on product page–do not pass go
This appears to be a quality offering. Clean pills that go down easy. No smell or taste.The combination of ingredients is excellent, covers many bases and is easier than taking each individually.I’d probably take two servings at once. Those doses provide me the energy and focus I prefer.Value is subjective, I’d prefer a little stronger of a dose for the money but everything together makes this a convenience.One issue is the test results, they’re published but completely unreadable on the product page.This needs to be addressed before I can recommend this product.

I am always weary of purchasing supplements online as it is difficult to know the quality of what you are purchasing. After researching this company I was pleased to find that it seems pretty legit. ViVi has a professional website that includes all information on the multiple supplements they have for purchase. The brand seems to focus on women’s health, but this supplement is targeted for all adults. On the website, they include pictures of testing that states they passed quality standards when checking for bacterias, mercury, lead, and other toxins.The supplements include many precursors for NAD+ as well as other antioxidants and supplements that complement NAD+ . Supposedly, these ingredients can help with cellular function and have positive benefits on cognition, energy, metabolism, and healthy aging.I have been taking this supplement for about a week and have not seen any noticeable benefits, but i have not had any side effects either. The pills are not too large and are easy to swallow.My one complaint is that some of the ingredients appear to be a relatively small dose when compared to industry standards. Therefore, it may be a good entry point/ trial supplement but if you are looking for something stronger or have been taking something similar for a while, maybe go with something else. As always, be sure to talk with a trusted healthcare professional before incorporating any new supplements into your health routine.
