For supplement products, due to the fact that they are so unregulated in the US, I always like to check for a few things like is there any information about where it was manufactured, any information about 3rd party testing and how many capsules, scoops or servings per recommended daily dose to translate to a total number of doses instead of just overall count.This product is made in the US and states that it is 3rd party tested, manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility under strict quality control. and vegetarian. Unfortunately there isn’t much additional information about 3rd party testing in a detailed certificate of analysis for quantities of the stated ingredients at this time which is pretty common. Some companies occasionally post it but it is unfortunately rare for most of them.The product recommended serving size is 2 gummies which gives 90 doses across the two bottles. It has 3 g of fiber which isn’t a ton but still helpful, 100% recommended daily vitamin D3, and 1 billion CFU of the probiotic strain (although it is 1 strain versus some that come with a lot of different ones). Only 10 calories with 0 sugar added is a plus.They state made with no sugar, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, or artificial colors, only “natural flavors” and citric acid. So I am actually not sure what is used for the sweetener as they do taste pretty good. I am unclear what the natural flavoring is at that point.They also mention a 60 day guarantee. They are pretty well priced for gummies with the combination of Vit D and fiber for good value although some pure Vit D3 gummies are available at a lower price. Also this is a lower Vit D dose than what people who are deficient could need so would be best for people looking for a slight boost without a diagnosed deficiency level.Overall mostly meets expectations.

Not icky sweet; prebiotic fiber is rough on sensitive guts
Physician’s Choice is a reputable brand I’ve known about for years, and the ingredients in these gummies are unusually “clean,” for which I applaud the company. I’m not sure,, however, what the rational is for including this particular strain of probiotic (Bacillus subtilis) and only that strain in this product; I would appreciate having more information.I normally avoid gummies because I dislike stevia and artificial sweetners so intensely, but these are relatively palatable. I’d describe the flavor as “watermelon adjacent” instead of watermelon: it’s ok at 1st but does leave an unpleasant aftertaste. All in all, I think I’d prefer swallowing this concoction in pill form: once it’s gone down, I’m done and there’s no lingering chemical regret on my tongue.I’m currently dealing with a SIBO flareup, so the prebiotic fiber in these gummies is hard for my GI system to handle. When I take the recommended dose of 2 of them I almost immediately get rumbling and mild intestinal discomfort. So while I do think this is a high quality product, it’s not for me right now and I’ll probably pass it along to someone who hates taking pills once my Vine reviewing period is up.

I have been using this brand Physicians Choice for many years so when I had the chance to try their gummies probiotics I knew I would love them. These are actually pretty delicious and the size is as expected like a gummy bear or fruit snack would be. I haven’t really noticed any skin enhancements at this point but I do feel “regular” and think that it has a great benefit to my digestive effects. I basically don’t need to drink my morning coffee and still have a typical bathroom routine when I am taking these but so the effectiveness is great. That does not mean though it is too much, on my digestion, this brand to me, gets it just right. I would say a good value for your money and they are sugar free!
