I’ve been using these for a while now and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my hair, skin, and nails. This product does make my nails grow faster and stronger and my grows hair faster . Also the vitamin d helps to keep my vitamin D levels up. Live in a cloudy state so I definitely need my vitamin D . It’s cheaper than the other popular brands, that’s a plus!

I am very pleased with this product. It is faaarr better than Nature’s Bounty. My nails have stopped breaking off into the quick, and my hair has stopped falling out, which is what was happening with the other product. Unfortunately, I don’t see any changes in my skin, and yes, there is an odd smell initially, but that has gone away over time. The payoff is so worth it!
