Glow is addictive
Beam Glow has become a daily ritual for me. It easily mixes into water and has a great flavor. I appreciate that it is not too sweet. The natural ingredients are effective to calm my nerves and improve my digestion . My hair and nails have never looked better. I recommend it to all my friends.

Have to mix with more water but tastes good.
I’ve been using the packets for 2 weeks now. I fell like I have more energy and not so sluggish. The taste is a little sweet so I mix some of the powder with 32 oz of water. I repeat this 3x’s during the day. Helps me drink my 96 oz of water in a day.

Gives me headaches.
I can say I do have to water down a lot because it’s too sweet for my taste, but it tastes good. The bad thing is, for some odd reason, I get really bad headaches when I take this. Should I take half a pouch? Please help.

Helping hormones
I’ve been taking it for a week and I can tell it’s helping my hormones already. Signs from my body are telling me this is helping. I’m less tired during the day. I’m sleeping better. The raspberry flavor is so good! I saw people complaining about other flavors. This taste like a raspberry jam. I really enjoy taking it. I mix it was cold water and a frother. It totally dissolves and mixes easily. Overall I’ve been happy with the ingredients and the results I’ve seen so far! Will update if my opinion changes.

Weird reaction
I never leave reviews but felt like I needed to for this one. First; this flavor tasted like sugary penicillin. It was almost impossible to mix. It would seem like it would all be mixed up and then I would take a drink and get a mouthful of gritty powder. This also made me feel really weird. My head would get tingly and start burning after I drank it and my eyes would get itchy. It also made me very tired almost dizzy. I’ve taken lots of supplements and never had this problem. Maybe I’m allergic to something in the ingredients. But just a warning! And also curious on if this bothered anyone else because I haven’t read any reviews that talked about this! Was really hoping this would work for me!
