I’m a very “senior” citizen and have been using this pretty much daily for 6 months in my coffee or on my breakfast and I am truly impressed! I’m back to walking daily. My joints don’t pop, or my muscles cramp. I try to go a little farther every week. I have nothing to brag about, yet, though my lower back pain muscle cramps have diminished because I am moving more thanks to this easy to digest product.The ingredients are clean and easily digested and I have noticed an overall improvement in diminished acid reflux. Adding this to my cereal or coffee is a bargain compared to physical therapy manipulations, though those are good for my post-polio syndrome. One star missing because it doesn’t mix as easily with a spoon as some other brands. (I don’t use a blender) But it is a truly great product! Fewer contaminants than other brands of you research those things. So i keep buying it… No sugar. No off putting taste. Can be stirred into a bowl of granola with a scoop of whey for a nice breakfast.

I use 2 scoops of unflavored Great Lakes Wellness grass-fed bovine collagen peptides powder every morning in my coffee, it dissolves quicky, really has no flavor! Almost 2 months of taking this and I can feel and see the difference in my skin and nails. I’m older woman, late 60’s and I am on a healthy diet plan, so this a perfect start to my daily routine. I also take glucosamine chondroitin so I’m not certain if this product has relieved pain in my joints and/or cartilage, but I’m moving much better and I’ve been able to do some stretching and strength training, with 30 minutes or more of a rock n roll dance “routine”. Last night’s sleep was 7.5 quality hours, which is a distinct improvement of over an hour extra sleep. I don’t have digestive issues, and the collagen powder hasn’t caused any, so all in all I’m ‘Subscribing and Saving’ this in the 2 lb container. Hint – there are 2 different kinds/labels of this collagen, and the more expensive one costs over $5 more per 1 lb. container because the label says “Dissolves 2x faster” – but if you’re putting it in your nice hot coffee or another hot drink, this less expensive “label” dissolves just fine and the product is exactly the SAME, so SAVE your MONEY – unless you use collagen powder in cold drinks.

Dont let low ratings fool you, i was worried too when i read those low rating reviews. But i still tried it because the collagen brand i was already using, still had some of the problems that were mentioned in the low rating reviews; a little smell, little grassy taste, and late dissolving so i thought what could go wrong but lucky me, this collagen literally solves all of the problem, i am literally amazed by how fast it dissolves, i m a late sleeper and late riser so i am always late for office, and when i am up, i want everything fast, this powder literally dissolves in seconds even in cool drinks/milk, no smell and taste at all. My problem for the collagen is literally solved. Don’t know how beneficial it is because its only been 2 days i’ve purchased this and i couldn’t wait to post a review.
