Great alternative to Ritual!
From my wife: I was taking ritual’s pre, pro, and postbiotic for a while and they were working well for me but the price was quite steep after the initial discounts ran out. I decided to search for an alternative and this one was suggested by many. The only con to these over Ritual’s multivitamin is the taste. I wish these were also minty! Otherwise, I’ve had good success with these vitamins. There were no side effects from switching and my gut health is much improved. I was constantly bloated and having stomach aches before taking probiotics and have seen much improvement. Would highly recommend!

Finally a probiotic that WORKS
Great product. Definitely works! If you’ve ever had moments where your ph has been thrown off (the dreadful bv) by your partner I recommend taking these probiotics along with treating your infection. These work wonderful and can be taken without food. I take mine first thing in the morning before breakfast. I have noticed that my ph is stable and is no longer thrown off after being intimate. I just received my second bottle.

These Garden of Life Dr. Formulated probiotics for vaginal health (pH) are on another level. Miracle probiotic
Not sure if it’s this product or a combination of this and something else but there’s been no other probiotic that has made such significant GI changes in a wonderful way. Overall I feel great after taking daily for the past week and I really hope it continues to work. I am so glad I came across and gave it a try as I’ve tried others but this is the first where I can feel real results.
