Relieved aches, inflammation, swelling fast!
I’ve owned red light pads like this in the past, only this one is by far better!!! This one has both red light and blue light Therapy, which both reach different areas, apparently.Red light helps to reduce inflammation and the blue light calms The skin. I found that with 10 minutes of this i therapy with the light pad directly on the skin of the area that needs attention, such as lower back or shoulders, after Only 10 minutes of it I can already feel relief. It seems to help relax the muscles and has a soothing feeling like it’s being relieved in a way that I can’t see. But it feels easier to move that joint. I’ve used this product as much as 15 minutes every hour For several hours in a row and also I get even greater results when I apply castor oil to the inflamed joint and then cover it with a cotton towel And then put the red light therapy over it for 15mn. The heat and the action from the red and blue light seems to calm and loosen the inflammation even faster.And i’ve noticed that it seems to flush the swelling away a lot more quickly and even excess water weightOverall, in the body seems to flush out quicker when I use this red light a few times during the day. Could be my imagination, but I truly see a trend. But I do see a trend that when I use this red light therapy pad that I have less water retention overall, and feel a little less achy overall.So far it has lasted well. I’ve only owned it 1 month So far. This light pad is easier to operate than others ive owned before. You can simply press the on off button without even looking at it. It’s closest to the chord. Where is attached, i can reach it without looking, and hold it for about 4 seconds. And it turns on automatically. So you don’t have to shift your weight or sit up If you are in a reclining position while you use this product. The cord is extra long and it seems like you can find an outlet that will reach when using this product while in a chair or at a table or working around the house, or lying down, it has a perfect length and it’s very sturdy and looks like good quality as well as the red light/blue light therapy pad itself.The only con is when I opened the package out of the nice box that it came in each piece being individually wrapped in a plastic wrap, The con was that the pad itself did have a somewhat strong odor if you put it close to your nose, and it seemed to dissipate over several days’ time.But now, after a month of ownership, it still has a mild chemical odor to it.But it’s very minimal compared to the first day when I opened it.But the product worked so well that I am willing to overlook the slight chemical smell of the pad’s material it is made of.

I’ve been using this red light therapy device for a while and I’m really happy with it. It’s easy to use, well-made, and covers a good area for different parts of the body.After regular use, I’ve noticed less muscle soreness and it feels very relaxing overall. Just keep in mind that results take consistency.Overall, a great option for at-home recovery and wellness.

Good – transportable
Have had this product for a month and I like it – I use a frozen water bottle and strap the red light to my knee helping me with cold compression and light therapy at the same time – I struggle with knee pain as I’ve had 5 knee surgeries and my pain is manageable…product transports well as I take it while traveling

Works well but emits toxic odor
Seems to work well enough, at least in terms of its heat output (can’t speak to the light penetration because I have no way of measuring that). But when heated, the unit off-gasses a strong, noxious, chemical smell that both makes me cough and gives me a headache. Obviously, the materials used are not non-toxic, and few safety standards were followed in the maufacturing process. I may return the unit and try to find one that is better made.
