Great supplement
I waited until I finished a bottle to write my review. I am very happy with this supplement.Pros:Way less bloating than when I started. I noticed a marked difference by week 2.An unexpected pro is a very noticeable difference in hair shedding when combing or washing my hair. I have experienced hair loss over the years that have taken my naturally thick hair down to thin, which I hate, so I am hopeful that less loss may allow new growth to happen and possible thicker healthier hair.The pills smell nice and look exactly as they appear in the picture.Easy to swallow.The only supplement I have taken every single day and am glad I bought the two pack.Cons:The pills are soft gel and any amount of humidity will cause them to stick to each other. You may have to shake your bottle around to loosen them.Shipping took longer than expected. So if you plan on ordering more I would recommend ordering before you are too low or you might have to skip days. (This could have been a shipping issue in my area and not on the company itself.)

So far I love this product! I have been having horrible headaches, low energy, and no motivation to do anything ever since I had my daughter almost 2 years agoI figured my hormones have been out of balance ever since, and I finally stumbled across these probiotics. I have taken them for 5 days now and I already see such an improvement!My energy levels have drastically increased, no more headaches, and I don’t hit a drop in energy mid afternoon like I usually would.The pills themselves are super easy to take and smell really good.I don’t have any cons so far and they definitely seem to be working great. The price for them also seems very good and I will definitely buy them again!

Good Product, Positive Results
I’m 62 years old and went through menopause almost 20 years ago. In the last six months, I started having Adult acne, losing my hair, and my sleep quality just kept getting worse (sleep has always been an issue for me). I read the reviews on this product and bought a 30-Day supply. Within about four days, I was sleeping deeper and my Adult acne had started to dry and clear. About three weeks into using it, I swear I noticed new hair growth in places where I had lost my hair. This is very easy to take, a slight citrus taste, but relatively small pill. I am now ordering a 60-Day supply. I recommend this to others to try it. I will continue taking it unless something changes.

As someone who has pcos this product has been so helpful with regulating my hormones. I feel more energized, less anxious, and happier. Stuck together and there were only 27 (not 30) in the jar 🙁
I was beginning my third bottle this morning, and after opening it, they were all stuck together. :-(I had to take my finger in there and pry pretty hard to get them apart. They must have gotten hot but it’s March in PA so I’m not sure where that would have happened or what might have caused the issue. I held the bottle sideways, and in the picture you can see most of them are sticking to one side of the bottle.Then…I just happened to count them when putting them back in the jar, and there were only 27 capsules, not 30. That’s very disappointing. They’re not cheap.I went back through and looked at when I ordered my first bottle until now, and counted 60 days for the bottles on my calendar, and the numbers of where I should be starting this new bottle are definitely off. I shouldn’t be needing to start a new bottle today. :-(So now I feel I will have to count the capsules in each bottle because I don’t feel that I can’t trust that there are actually 30 in there, and if it continues with my next bottle, then I won’t be purchasing these again, sadly.As far as how I feel on them, I want to say that after my first bottle I felt like my waist slimmed down maybe an inch that first month so the bloating helped, but now that I’ve been on them for 2 months, I feel like I’m back at where I started.I do love the citrus scent, however. I don’t mind that at all.
