My doctor suggested Ashwagandha for sleep. I have read lots about Ashwagandha and its many great benefits but to have a doctor suggest was a positive thing over some sort of chemical medication. I ordered this product for all of the positive reviews. Well I highly recommend this product. I’m a skeptical Ashwaghanda user. To be honest I don’t like things that claim to calm you if you don’t exactly “feel” the effects. That being said I took these ( 3 is the serving size) I started out with 1, nothing. Then I took 2 still nothing. A week in I went brave and took all 3. I was surprised I actually “felt it kick in” I was so zen and unbothered. My sensory issues were alleviated. I don’t care for the taste because I swallow them fast they go down just fine. I ran out and tried a different brand lower dose and felt Nothing. That’s when I knew these actually actually work and I miss taking them. Just my personal experience

Love this supplement!! I have been taking it for about a month now and have had better results than I could have imagined.My energy is super high in the morning, even throughout the remaining day & I am ‘in the zone’ at work. I do 12 hour shifts at a hospital so not only is it physically demanding, you have to be ‘on’ for the patients and their families all day, juggling tasks and making it seem effortless. This helps me keep that enthusiasm & focus like never before.I don’t forget to take it first thing in the morning because it’s like a superpower for me! My outlook now is I look forward to my day & know I can take it on with energy and enthusiasm.Initially I was worried about it interacting with my prescribed med but I spaced the two far apart and have had no side effects whatsoever.I will definitely reorder!
