Very disappointed with how quickly it ran out-gone in less than 3 weeks
The product was nice enough, and it felt good however, it did not last at all. I used it properly very disappointed no longer has any more product inside the bottom you can’t see in the bottle and pump and you can’t open the bottle so I think it was a good purchase.

It’s been 15 days of using it on only one eye and nothing has happened so far…
I really wished this worked, but it’s been 15 days so far and absolutely nothing has changed.I know it takes about a month for a layer of skin to shed and to see results from most skin care products, but I’d expect there to be some hint of change at the halfway mark?I opted to only use this on my right eye and to take my own before/after pictures to see if there were even miniscule changes in brightness, fine lines, hydration, puffiness… but no. Nothing. Both the treated and untreated eye look the same in-person and in my photos.As far as how I’ve used this: I’ve applied it at night to clean skin before bed and have slept with it on. It stays on well, as when I shower the next morning, I can feel the film still on the skin of my right eye. I’d then reapply after the shower.The applicator and the cool touch of the stainless steel roller ball feel nice to apply and don’t irritate my sensitive skin, which is great – if only it did anything. (I should note that, while it doesn’t irritate my skin – DON’T get it in your eye. I’ve done that on a couple of occasions and that causes issues for about a day each time.)I’ll continue to use it for another 15 days before I totally give up, but right now this looks like it was a waste of my money. I’ll update this review if anything changes.

No Results After Weeks of Use
I had high hopes for this eye cream after reading a few promising reviews, but unfortunately, it did absolutely nothing for me. I’ve been using it consistently for over 3 weeks—morning and night—and I’ve seen zero improvement in my under-eye circles or fine lines.The texture is fine and it absorbs quickly, but that’s about the only positive I can give. No brightening, no firming, no hydration that lasts more than a few minutes. It actually made the skin around my eyes feel dry.For the price, I expected something—anything—but this felt like putting water regular lotion. Save your money and look elsewhere. Major letdown.

Applicator Doesn’t Work
It worked the first couple times then it quit dispensing any product. You have to push down on a lever for any serum to come out. No way of taking it apart to try and see if there’s any product inside the bottle. It was a waste of money.

Difficult to apply
I ordered two for my wife and she tried for 30 minutes to try to get serum out of one. Then she opened the second one and could not get it out of the second one either. Could they be empty? We looked up the directions and followed them exactly.

I wanted to love this so badly!The packaging & bottle were nice, the roller application all seemed like great idea, but the Product itself was Useless.I used it a twice a day for a week and there was absolutely No Change, my puffy eye looked exactlythe same as they did before I started the regiment.With that said…Even IF it sold for 75% less…If it Doesn’t Work…It Cost Too Much !
