This review is for an LED light therapy mask, priced at £19.90 at the time of ordering. Given that branded products along these lines cost upwards of £300, that’s potentially an excellent deal if it works even half as well as the “real” thing. While I’m not in a position to evaluate any medical claims or benefits, this does seem to work exactly as I’d expect an LED mask to do.The LEDs spaced along the mask surface give a surprisingly even glow, I assume thanks to the diffusing layer of plastic above it. The light produced is bright, but only gets to be noticeably warm around the end of the 10 minute “session”.I’m not noticing any major negative effects from the LEDs, although there’s enough light bleeding around the eyes that if I keep my eyes open for the entire session they start to give me a headache. This could be resolved with better eye shielding.The mask is easy enough to use, just put the eyepieces in, put the mask on and snap on the magnetic “remote control”, which isn’t actually remote at all. Be aware that when you attach the controller, it does switch on the LEDs automatically so you may get dazzled. You can then change the lighting colour by pressing the power button. It automatically switches off after about 10 minutes, but if you want a shorter session you’ll need to manually time it.The mask fits my face reasonably well, but the flexible rubbery style definitely suffers compared to the hard shell designs as it doesn’t feel particularly secure, and will shift around a lot if you’re moving while using it.

You just put it on for about 10 minutes and let it do its thing — feels like a little at-home spa moment.The different light modes are meant for different skin concerns. For example, red light helps with collagen and fine lines, while blue light targets acne-causing bacteria, and near-infrared (NIR) can reach deeper layers of skin to support repair and circulation. I wouldn’t say it gives instant results, but after a couple of weeks my skin looked a bit brighter and calmer. The silicone mask is lightweight and foldable, so it’s easy to store or take when travelling.Just keep expectations realistic — it’s more of a slow, consistent skincare tool, not a miracle gadget.

It fits well, is lightweight enough to be comfortable, and the mask is made of a pliable silicone material, the fitted straps are well designed to fit comfortably over head.This Mask is super easy to fit and wear.There are eye shields to fit onto the mask when you first get it and you don’t need to remove and re fit them for each wearing. They were easy to push into the eye holes in the mask and fit in place. They remain secure in the mask itself thereafter.The mask feels soft, lovely and comfortable on your face, it is easy to switch on and control. The small power device easily and simply attaches magnetically to the mask.This power supply device charges quickly via the supplied USB-C charging cable, and so far I haven’t needed to re charge it. You can walk around with the mask on if you wish as there are no attached wires to contend with.However it is lovely to relax with it on while the treatment is delivered via the mask.
