Okay I am a REAL CUSTOMER giving a TRUE and unbiased review! I was having such a hard time with my gut health, super painful trapped gas, only able to have a bowl movement once a week, horrible bloating ect. Doctor’s Recipes Women’s Probiotic, 60 Caps 50 Billion CFU 16 Strains is a good probiotic. It’s easy to take and did not cause any side effects. I did not feel any improvement in my energy or skin improvement. But I was really taking this for gut health. I also like the quality of this brand. I did switch to another probiotic by the same company. This dose is 2 times a day and the one I am taking now is one a day.
