I bought this because I was not sleeping through the night. My Naturopathic Dr. Recommended Ashwagandha, not this specific brand, but I know it is a good brand. Last night and the night before I slept like a baby. It is supposed to help with anxiety as well. I will continue to buy it

Ashwagandha helps with stress reduction
Ashwaganda reduces stress and cortisole however I bieve mental health also has a lit to do with that but I think it helps. I have read to use it fir 3inths on 3 off.
