Q: How to connect the smart health watch for the first time?
1. Please turn on the bluetooth of the mobile phone before use.
2. Find and enter the Play Store or App Store, search and download APP “DA FIT”.
3. Enter the ( Da fit ) app, find “T45S” for binding (please fully charge the first time you use it).
4. Open the phone settings, turn on Bluetooth, find Audio “T45S”, and click to connect.
5. Swipe down the screen and find notifications then turn on the “PHONE” function.
6. After the connection is successful, you can use the blood pressure watch dial to control the phone to make calls, you can also answer calls on the watch, and you can view the call history information and contacts of the watch.
Q: What to do if I can’t get it to connect to my phone or always get disconnected?
1. Please note that the maximum Bluetooth distance is 8-10 meters. If the watch was beyond the distance, it will cause the disconnection, you need to bind the watch to the app again.
2. If the Da Fit App can’t detect the watch, please restart your phone and also reset the watch (Turn on the watch–> Click the ”Settings” icon–> “reset”.) Then try again.
3. If you still can’t connect the watch: please uninstall the Da Fit App, Install the Da Fit App and try again.

Nice smart watch
I’ve had this smart watch for over 6 months now. It’s still working great and has good charge life. It’s not too terribly big or bulky on my small wrist. The adjustable band is very comfortable and durable, but shows dirt easily. I also like the features available for the watchface because I bought it to have a quick digital reference for the time, date, and day. Would recommend it to a friend. Great price for a quality smart watch.

For $17, why not try it out?
First of all, for $17, WOW. I’ve never owned a smart watch before and I was just looking for something to track my steps so I don’t have to hold my phone on the treadmill. But all of these additional features, I’m blown away. The sound comes through the watch while I watch my videos y’all! Like what?! lol I’m a smart watch novice, please excuse me🤣 the only thing I want to mention is the QR code on my watch wasn’t working. So I searched through the reviews & someone said to scan the QR code that’s in the instruction manual. Yes, that little QR code. That’s what finally worked for me after I was trying to connect my watch for half an hour. So far, I’m loving it! I’ll make an update once I actually use the step tracker tomorrow🫡

Decent quality for the cost
Not bad for the cost. You get what you pay for quality wise, the face itself is very lightweight and plastic feeling. I didnt have any issues with the band causing irritation, but I did wash it before wearing it. However 2 days later one of the band holders ripped off so im not confident this watch will last longThe features work well and its super user friendly. There are lots of options for face styles, it has a variety of health check options, like heart rate, oxygen level and sleep. Ive only used the sleep option once, I dont normally like wearing my watch to bed. It also has a dnd option and a time frame you can set where rise to wake is deactivated, which is why I originally avoided wearing my watches to bed, the light was annoying. So far it seems waterproof, I work in a garden center and often get wet, watering or moving wet trays. I have not gone swimming with it yet. The band only goes on one way, unless mine is wonky. I like to wear it on my left arm, so I like the clasp part of the watch to be on top and the band with the holes to be on the bottom( if that makes sense) but one band is the tiniest bit larger and wouldnt let me swap sides. Overall, decent product for the price.

Cute and works!
I have been using this everyday since I got it. I love how long the battery last compared to an apple watch I had that would only last a few hours and I would have to charge it daily. This, I would charge maybe once a week and just for a short time. Like I would take it off to shower or wash the dishes and put it back on and forget about charging it for a few days again. Text comes through smoothly, I dont need to text back on my watch so I am okay with just the notification. I just needed this watch to make sure I didn’t miss any calls or text from my partner while I am at work just in case of emergencies. Heart rate works, sleep works, price is amazing.I would buy again and again if needed, but this one is lasting good so far.The screen doesn’t look super cheap like others I have seen before, this one is slim.

Charger
The product is good but I have a 4 because the charger isn’t that great. You have to be very careful with the charger because it stops working because of the magnetic pieces. This is the second one I have ordered in the last 5 years.
