Really good product; have been really helping me out with sleeping better and feeling less tense on my neck and shoulders in the morning. I wish with only 2 pills instead of 3 the dose would be reached, but overall I’m really happy and for that price is really worth it!

Better than melatonin
Sooooo much better than melatonin. It’s especially great since I work out a lot & this helps my muscles recover. It still gives intense dreams, but only because the sleep is so deep. Nowhere in the neighborhood of creepy melatonin dreams, & I have a lot more control within them, which is relaxing.

Finally rest
I love these magnesium glycinate capsules it knocks me out better than trazedone and ambien without all the weird side effects. The only thing I’d slightly complain about is it does make me a little groggy but nothing like Benadryl or unisom. I’m noticing less muscle cramps too. Lest Restless legs syndrome.
