Great RLT Lamp!
I am loving this red light therapy lamp. I have been using it for a few weeks and I can see a difference in my face. The stand is nice. I adjust it frequently to use on different places on my body. It seems sturdy. I don’t believe this product is overpriced, it’s worth the expense.

Setup was a breeze. As far as sturdiness, once together, the light seems sturdy, not like it will tip over, and it seems to be made of good, quality material. The light is a good size and seems to be effective. I have some smaller, handheld devices, and I like this light is on a stand, especially for using it on my back and shoulders after workouts. The stand makes it super easy to target those areas without any awkward maneuvering. I feel like I actually notice a benefit with soreness too. Overall, I feel it is a good value for the money. I am a fan of the Comfytemp brand, as they seem to put out good products, and this one really falls in line with their quality products.

big sturdy lamp
I’ve been a big fan of Comfytemp for a while, and pick up a lot of their stuff. Generally I find their build quality to be excellent and this lamp is no exception.It’s got all the things I would expect here, including quite fortunately some glasses to help shield your eyes, without being just tanning glasses. It’s really nice to be able to see in these. I also think they look kind of cool.The panel is nice and bright, and honestly quite lightweight. The stand is pretty sturdy as well. I have noticed a bit of skin improvement since last time I checked, and I’ve definitely been feeling better. As far as pain relief I am noticing a bit less pain in my shoulder, though whether that is simply healing over time or the red light having a definite impact.It’s easy to use, and you have multiple options for settings. Overall if you’re into red light therapy, this is a cut above many options you might find, and I think worth the value.

55W actually delivers results — much better than the small handhelds
I’ve been using red light therapy for muscle recovery and this panel has been a good addition. The 55W output is a different situation from those small handheld devices — you’re actually getting a real treatment. I use it on my back and legs for around 15 minutes after harder workouts and my recovery time has gotten better. The panel feels well-built and the adjustable stand makes positioning easy. Results kind of crept up on me — a few weeks in I noticed my soreness was consistently less and started putting it together that it was probably this. Decent investment for something that’s become a regular part of my recovery.

Sturdy and Bright Red Light Therapy Lamp
The red light therapy lamp by Comfytemp was very easy to assemble and set up, and is very sturdy. It features a built-in timer function. You can adjust the timer settings directly on the panel or through the Comfytemp app for smart control. The timer is from 5 minutes to 30 minutes and will automatically shut off. It is simple to operate with controls for modes, intensity, and timer right on the device, plus app-based control for added convenience. The stand is 40 inches tall and can be adjusted to a comfortable height. You should keep the lamp 6 inches away from your body for optimal light intensity. The lamp has a nice, long power cord. I have the lamp set up in my bedroom so I can use it each night as I read before going to bed. When I saw the green lens in the glasses, I was concerned about how it would affect my reading on my Kindle, but the glasses work perfectly. With the glasses, I can read without any problems, and with the side shields, the infrared light does not bother me. The standing red light therapy lamp is a perfect addition to my nightly routine. I am very pleased with it.

Noticeable skin improvements – design coul be better
I’ve been using this Comfytemp red light therapy lamp for about a month now, mostly on my face to improve my skin, and I’m genuinely pleased with the results. I typically run it at 10–25 watts from about 10 inches away, every other day, and I always wear the included goggles (a must!).The therapy itself seems to be working as intended. My pores look smaller, my skin tone appears more even, and—whether it’s the red light or just the ritual—I find the sessions surprisingly relaxing. It’s become a nice way to unwind after a long day. I’m taking it slow, gradually increasing time and intensity, and planning to expand use to other areas beyond my face.That said, the design isn’t the most thoughtful. The stand feels a bit insecure, so you have to maneuver it carefully to get the right angle, and the power cable sticks out awkwardly, making setup less seamless than it could be. It’s not the smartest or sturdiest build, but it gets the job done.Overall, I’m glad I picked this up. If you’re curious about red light therapy and want an affordable entry point that delivers results, this is a solid option—just be prepared to fiddle with the positioning a bit. Recommended!
