If you find it hard to wake up the morning, gently roll this over your face while making coffee and you will instantly feel refreshed and ready to start your day. I looveee ice rolling throughout my day too, it’s so calming to me.I also suffer from migraines from time to time and have learned that using my ice roller over the throbbing areas quickly reduces my pain, I also love rolling it over sore areas of my body post-workout.But the besttttt is to bring this when you travel. Wanted to love – easier to use then guasha stone – but similar results
I wanted to love this – the weight and cool-ness/chill off the rotating portion is very nice and feels high quality and heavy in your hand. It kind sucks your jaw up and into the device as you roll it along your jawline – just have to roll it the right way. It was easy to use but when it came down to it – I think my guasha stone may be more work, but gives a similar result – this is just way easier. I returned as the price was quite high for what I think it did.

I’ve purchased ice rollers in the past and was disappointed with how short of a period they stayed ice cold after removing them from the freezer, but this is the Holy Grail of all ice rollers.It’s sturdy, good quality, and stays cold forever! One of my favorite parts is the little thumb holder spot, just adds to the comfortability of holding it in your hand. Love how it feels in the morning but also the results that come from it – you can definitely tell a reduced amount of puffiness in the face, especially after a late night or an evening of drinking. My favorite ice roller that I recommend!

Absolutely love it! Got it when it was on sale. Built with quality and stays cold for at least 10 mins and if you put it back in the freezer it does get cold quickly. It’s better compared to the plastic Ice Roller from my personal experiences. Definitely helps with inflammation and it’s easy to clean. No it doesn’t come apart, stays intact.
