Good for mood stabilizer

I have been taking this for months and months. However, I do not really notice a huge difference. Let me explain where I do notice a change.I originally wanted to take this due to the studies I saw about the relaxation and improved sleep one may get from prolonged use. After a few months I noticed *I might* sleep a bit more soundly through the night but, for me, I did not really encounter a sensational drop in anxiety or insane increase in sleep quality like some individuals claim. For me, this was not a dramatic change, but hey some more sleeping is a small win in my book so I have continued to take it. Planning on weening off in a few months and will update here if I notice any changes.It’s two pills every day. They have a traditional pill cover (capsules) so no real taste or smell. Due to size, it can be a challenge to get down if you’re not accustomed to that.I have not noticed any change in energy level, but again, this was just my experience. It may work differently for you.

I’m sleeping much better!
I’m a 54 yrs women with a bery stressful job. Had problems to fall asleep faat and keep sleeping for long periods. Started a month ago this pills and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my sleep, stress and nerves. I feel more calm, rest in the nights is way better and wake up refresh. I will absolutely recomend this product specially if you’re going through menopause like me!
