This is a great product formulated for women. Also, it is magnesium glycinate which is the best form of magnesium that is best for your digestive system. Not harsh! My neurologist recommended the 250 mgs daily amount for me.

I bought these because I thought they would help with sleep and overall health. But after the 90 days, I didn’t think they did much of anything. Maybe I needed to take for longer but I thought 90 days was enough to know. The price was definitely good.
