Recommended red light mat
I received this product about 5 days ago. I been struggling with neck and back pain. I done everything for the pain except surgery. I purchased this one due to high ratings. I have used it for 4 days mutiple times a day and I feel it working. My back pain is better. I love that it is a mat but can be used as a belt. I thought I could use it without having to keep it plugged, you can’t. This is the only negative thing. Do I recommend this product, yes. Pain relief helps, comfort yes, and quality yes.

Probably the perfect RLT in this size.
I have several RLT items and this is one of my favorites because of the size. It will cover my lower back to top of my neck easily.It’s lightweight and rolls up easily to be set out of the way when not being used. If I had an extra room to keep it set up I’d get a larger one but this is ideal.I like that it has adjustable power and time up to 90 minutes—most stop at 20-30 minutes.I’ve had it 4 months and used it daily the first 3months, now I use it 3-4 times a week and it seems just as good as when I first bought it. The control is handy enough so it can be adjusted without getting up.So far I do think it has helped with my pain and allows more restful sleep.

Stopped working after 3 months
Bought this Red Light Mat in Sept 2025 and used it almost daily. Really enjoyed having it and thought it helped with pain in my legs. However after 3 months, I can no longer get it to turn on. I have tried unplugging all the connectors and re-connecting them. I tried wiggling the cord. The power display shows it is on and diplays the timer and the level, but none of the lights in the mat turn on.I don’t see a way to get any support from the company or Amazon so am quite disappointed that I spent $100 and it only lasted 3 months. Would NOT recommend.

Good quality for the money, complicated controlls
I like this mat. I just find the instructions to be complicated and not easy to follow. Seems like it should be simple to operate. The controller has several settings that you have to click to get it to where you want it. There isn’t a way to save a setting for the next use. You get what you pay for. The mat quality is good. It is not leather!! It is made of neoprene. It has improved my sleep quality and energy. It may be coincidental but I lost a few pounds since I started using it. 4 stars because there isn’t a way to save settings.

Seems to help slow down my hair loss
Love this mat. Many uses including for my hair. Kinda wrap around my head. Seems to have helped slow down hair loss and increase growth. Coincidence, maybe. But I’ll take it. Very pleased

Low durability mat, good LEDs initially
Worked great for a few months and now there’s bad circuits in it and it has LEDs that won’t turn on. Big bummer but I guess that’s what you get with a cheaper mat.

I looked through almost every single red light therapy mat/light & decided on this one because of price & quality & I couldn’t be happier. It’s actually so nice I don’t even like rolling it up to store it & I don’t like laying it on soft surfaces to use it because I don’t want to wrinkle it lol. I highly highly recommend.
