I take this every night for sleep per my doctor and it’s been really helpful. It’s easier to fall asleep. I wish this still came in a glass bottle, I re-ordered recently and it was plastic :((

Good for sleep and relaxation
If you have anxiety, or have moments of feeling unnerved, this is the one. I use it for when I go on long drives, to help ease my road rage lol. I also use it for sleeping through the night because why do I wake up at 3A.M. like I’m supposed to clock in? I take 1-2 and I sleep like a baby, uninterrupted through the night. It causes me to fall into a deep sleep and have not dreams, but movies, replete with film credits. When I wake up from filmmaking, I never feel drowsy. It takes about an hour to take effect for me. I love it and have already gone through 3-4 bottles. The tablets are large, about the size of the tip of my thumb. If that doesn’t deter you, happy sleeping and relaxed mood.

Yes, this works but it has the same effect as taking melatonin where I feel groggy when I wake up. Other Mg supplements do not make me groggy but this one hits you fast. This is the first time I took chelated version.
