The label says “Bottled in USA” & a GMP stamp. The capsules have an herbal smell. The bottle has a tamper resistant seal. The cap is not child resistant.The Built By Nature website was registered on 2019-04-26. However, the Utah has a record that indicates BUILT BY NATURE is Inactive and it was “Administratively Dissolved”. A search of Massachusetts business search shows a Built by Nature Group, LLC.Using the Utah address on the label is a concern.

I’m not sure I can be calmer than I already am but maybe I’m getting a better sleep?
I take one before bed but, honestly, not every night. I suppose it does help with my sleep although I don’t usually have trouble in that department. As far as calmness goes, it’s hard for me to quantify. I may not always be as calm as I could be but I am a far more even-tempered person than most people I know. I guess for me, it may help me get a better sleep. Sometimes, I feel a little, very little, discomfort in my stomach in the morning after taking one of these caps the night before but not so much that I actually feel ill or even slightly inconvenienced. The caps are average size and have no taste and a very minor inoffensive smell. I think they are fairly priced and, considering my dosage regime, is a great value for me.
