A gentler, hypoallergenic option compared with other top-rated depuffers
The Pharmlitalia Under Eye Cream features several active ingredients designed for specific concerns: Caffeineto boost circulation and reduce swelling, Retinol to minimize fine lines and wrinkles over time, and Hyaluronic Acidto hydrate and restore elasticity.Though the texture is thick and creamy, it feels lightweight and absorbs quickly when applied with a makeup sponge. I love that it’s unscented, which is a must for me in the delicate eye area.Upon application (using about two pumps), I felt a slight tightness and a “teeny-weeny” burning sensation. While my skin looked shiny afterward, I didn’t see an instant “wow” effect or any marked differences when comparing before-and-after photos.Since I’ve only used it a few times, I can’t comment on long-term results yet, but it layers perfectly with my other products. Compared to other top-rated depuffers that use concentrated peptides, Pharmlitalia feels like a gentler, hypoallergenic option.The packaging was very secure—I actually had to use scissors to get through the shrink-wrap! The pump works well, though it took about 12 presses to prime it the first time. I recommend pumping the cream onto a sponge first rather than directly onto your face to avoid a mess.

Moisturizing, Easy to Use, Good Quality
This is a nice cream. I will start this off with saying that this did make me break out a little bit. This is common for me with retinol products, but I have been trying different ones to see if any will work for me. This is not really the products fault, so I am not faulting the product, I knew this was a possible scenario, but my skin is just too sensitive to retinol for some reason. I will say though, this made me break out the least from any retinol products I tried. Anyway, onto the rest of the product. First, I did find this a bit annoying to get it started where the product would come out of the pump. The pump itself is good once you get the product started, but you will need to press the pump somewhere between 10-15+ times to get the product to start coming out the first time you ever use the product. This is not a huge deal, but is annoying. The pump size is good, the amount of product that comes out in one pump is plenty to cover both under eyes. The product absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy or sticky feel. Eye bags are reduced, but you will need to use it over time. I did definitely notice less puffiness overall quite quickly. If I could continue using this product I think I would have great results just from what I have seen of it so far. You do get a decent amount of product, especially for an eye cream where you aren’t using a whole lot of it. Like I said one pump is enough, so this will last you a long, long time. This doesn’t burn or sting. It also doesn’t have some nasty odor to it. This is very moisturizing as well, so the skin around the eyes looks great when using this. The price is good for the quality and the amount of product you get. Would recommend to those not sensitive to retinol. No irritation to the skin either (like redness or anything like that).
