I chose this blend because it includes different types of magnesium, like glycinate and L-threonate. From what I understand, glycinate is often associated with relaxation and being gentle on the stomach, while L-threonate is studied for its potential cognitive support. Amazing taste, and I appreciate the complete breakdown of how much of each kind of magnesium is in a serving. A majority of products don’t do that, and I’m willing to repurchase based on that factor alone. As for efficacy, I will try to return to update after the bottle runs out.The only mark against it is the sticker on the front says “Designed in the USA” in small lettering, but it’s made in China. I try to make an effort to buy stuff made in the US because, well, Patriotism, but I don’t always have that option due to the multiple allergies I deal with. Because it showed the US flag, I thought it was US made. Just a little deceptive on that point.
