The best face device
I’ve been using the VITALY skin tightening face machine for a few weeks now, and I’m pleasantly surprised. The device uses radio frequency (RF) and/or LED light therapy to stimulate collagen production. After 2-3 sessions per week, my skin feels firmer, especially around the jawline and cheeks. It’s painless, easy to use, and feels like a mini spa session. While the results aren’t instant, there’s noticeable improvement with consistent use. Great for at-home maintenance between professional treatments.

Product arrived earlier than expected which was nice.Impressed with the packaging and quality of the device. I used it tonight for the first time and all is in working order.I expected to feel more of a pulling sensation or lift during the treatment, there were some pulsations and contractions around my eyes and forehead but nothing on my cheeks. This is my first RF device , so I actually didn’t know what to expect, but at moments I wasn’t sure if it was doing anything.I plan to use the device ~4X a week and I will post my full review in approx 12 weeks time to conclude on results! So far I am happy with my Christmas gift to myself.Update: Feb 27thI have been using this device since Christmas, I figured I would provide an update. I recognize that collagen takes a long time to build, so IStill cannot comment on the efficacy for anti aging. I have not noticed any improvement in my fine lines. I will say though, I find this device helps with product absorption and it has increased hydration and given my skin an overall “glow”. I will continue to use the device 4-5 times a week.

great anti-aging device
This device combines the proven anti-aging technologies of radiofrequency and red led light therapy. I’ve had both of these treatments through my Dermatologist which can be costly over time. I purchased the at-home device to supplement in-office procedures and good skin care. It’s very easy to use and while it’s very comfortable, you can feel it working. There’s no downtime after treatment. As with all of these devices and treatments long-term consistency is key to getting good results. After a few weeks, I’ve already noticed tightening, especially along my jawline that motivate me to keep going!

Stopped working after one try. Didn’t turn on and doesn’t charge.Update: the customer service reached out to me to understand the problem and to offer me a refund due to the faulty device. I bought this last year and the return window closed, but the company stood behind its product and offered me a valuable customer service experience.I’ll be purchasing from them again given their prompt resolution to my issue.

Amazing product
I read about devices like this for years, but put off getting one – fearing a waste of money. I started seeing publications reporting evidence that these devices could be as effective as expensive aesthetician procedures, if they were powerful enough and used regularly. I compared options, and selected this one. So glad I did! I’m 49, this has made the skin on my face, neck, and chest smooth, soft, and tighter. Including my neck under my chin, which has annoyed me for years. Directions say to use it once or twice a week, roughly ten minutes at a time. For fthe first few days I was using it twice a day, though not for 10 minute sessions. I never had sensitivity or redness, but I’m dropping down to every couple days to see what happens (more time to heal and produce collagen!).

I am really happy with this facial device! It is easy to use, has multiple intensity levels, and I can already see an improvement in my skin after a few uses. The microcurrent therapy feels gentle yet effective, and the included creams are a nice addition. My skin looks firmer and more radiant.

I don’t feel much but my face gets red next day, why?
I have used other devices before and you can feel the heat, vibration and micro current. On this I only feel the heat and a bit of the micro current on my forehead and under eyes, why?? And the next day after usage my face is usually pink. I’m wondering if this is working correctly.
