This red light therapy lamp is great on and off the stand. The lamp has more lights than most lamps and helps with pain anywhere on the body. It’s also great for your skin. It came with a pair of sunglasses for safety when using the light on your face. Overall, I found the lamp to be well designed, versatile and effective!
