Better than estridol
These babies worked better than the estridol my doc prescribed and without all the scary and annoying side effects. I have tried at least a half dozen other menopause supplements and this one is the one!! The worst part is running out because after a few days of being off these my hot flashes/night sweats come back. But as soon as I start taking them again everything is back to normal! I hope they never stop making this!

Ingredient changes
I had two bottles and I was really feeling positive about the results. My hot flashes went away, I felt good. I just received a third bottle. The pill color was different. As a nurse practitioner that concerned me. When I compare the old bottle that expires in 2027 to the new bottle that expires 2028, it is absolutely clear they changed the dosage of each herb. In a lineup, the first ingredient listed is the most and then it goes to least. The ingredients have all changed and where before it started the quality of the extract, now that’s left out. This product is no longer what it was. The quality decreased significantly.
