This red light lamp works really well and feels high quality. The light is strong but comfortable, easy to use, and perfect for relaxing or targeting sore muscles. I’ve noticed good results and it fits easily into my routine. Definitely worth the price and I’d recommend it.

Excellent product. Excellent support. I am using it to increase in my knee for a faster recovery after a surgery and as well for every part of my body that needs a boost of energy or for better skin. I only wish that the articulated and flexible extension at the top would be larger, but that is a nice to have.

Repeat Defect in Flexible Hose Arm – Seeking Manufacturer Guidance
Seller / Manufacturer — requesting assistance with a replacement component or verified batchI have now received two units of this red light therapy lamp, and both have arrived with the same functional defect, which suggests a production or batch issue rather than shipping damage.The issue is the flexible hose arm. On both units, the arm is completely rigid and cannot be bent or positioned, making it impossible to mount or assemble the lamp properly. As a result, the product is unusable in its current state.I returned the first unit assuming it was an isolated defect. When the replacement arrived with the identical issue, Amazon support advised another return, but repeating the same process does not address the underlying problem.I would prefer one of the following solutions rather than another return:• A replacement flexible hose arm that is confirmed to function correctly, or• A replacement unit from a different, verified batch that does not have this defect, or• Confirmation if there is a known assembly step or fix that resolves the stiffness issueI am genuinely interested in using this product and would like to resolve this directly with the seller/manufacturer if possible. If this is a known batch issue, acknowledging it would help prevent continued returns for both customers and sellers.Please advise on how to obtain a unit or component that functions as intended. Portable and easy to use.
Flexible. Light enough to make it easy to move. There are 3-4 different intensity settings and the highest setting seems to help alleviate a family members foot pain from neuropathy a little bit.
