I only took one capsule at night instead of the full recommended dosage (two capsules a day), so I didn’t follow the instructions exactly. Great product in reducing stress and helping me to sleep through the night.
Love love love this product. I plan on ordering this item again. I am I. A very stressful period in my life taking care of my family as well as taking care of my 93 year old mom at home. I find when I take this even just one pill I have a lot more patience in dealing with the highs and lows or taking care of an aging parent but with this pill it make it much more manageable. It also helps with my inability to sleep through the night but my sleep is better when I take the 2 pills that is the recommended dose.

Babe, let me tell you, buy this !!!!!! I have had bad sleeping habits for year’s .I wake up during the night about 5 times a night.
