Perfect for any swelling etc.
This is a great ice roller. The size is great and I really like the smooth roller. I have another one that has grooves in it/wavy design, and this works so much better. You can do your hole face very easily or concentrate under your eyes. Perfect for any DIY beauty procedures you may want to do as well! Stays cold a long time. I make sure I clean it very well with soap and water and let it air dry. If I am using it on any irritated skin or skin that has had punctures wounds, I disinfect it prior to use as well.

This is a nice ice roller, but not very durable. I used it only a few times before it fell out of the freezer and totally broke open. If you’re curious what’s inside, its those little ice pack beads
