Fantastic results
This product has given me amazing results. I’ve tried other ashwaghanda gummies in the past and none of them even come close to these. I sleep better, my mood has improved, AND I have more energy! So easy to use and they taste great! I pop 2 in my mouth before bed every night. I’ve been using this product for 2 weeks and feel so different in the best way.

Good Ashwagandha Gummies that work
I have tried the Ashwagandha pills and other Ashwagandha Gummies, but have found these to be the best for me. They help me handle stress better. I can really tell when I don’t take them. I call them my “happy pills”. They taste pretty good and usually they are offering a discount so they are a good value for the money.

This does what I wanted from it.
I have one of these each night before bedtime. My time falling asleep is very good, for the first time in my 82 years of going to sleep 1 to 3 hours after midnight. I also take a homeopathic to relieve tension and stress. AND NO SIDE EFFECTS! Surely beats a pharmaceutical.

Getting back into the suppliments after a break due to the rising costs of these things but still wanted to get back into taking these again. Did A TON of research after endless hours on stumbled on this product.Came in with not much high standards as it is really is just another ashwaganda product from someone whose taken them long term in the past to help manage ADHD naturally.But for anyone looking at getting this product, its pretty good, has got a light but very flavorful mixed berry fruity flavor too it – also dont be alarmed by it being wrinkly in the imaging, ordered these peak winter and got delivered during a snow storm so the cold has obviously taken out a lot of moisture on them.Helpful hint for anyone looking to take these, it may help to take these as a nightly suppliments as well!!

Delicious and effective.
I was using melatonin but switched to using this product to help me sleep. I am sure there are many health benefits but for me the sleep aid was what I needed. It is effective and so delicious. It is my favorite part about going to bed.I would eat this like candy if I could. The flavor is so good.
