I’m seeing results
I’ve taken collagen supplements for years and really not seen too much of a noticeable difference. I decided to give this one a try and and I am blown away. I’m about 5 weeks in to taking it and I am noticing a difference in my skins plumpness and texture. I can definitely see an improvement. The only down side is that it doesn’t taste great. It’s not bad it’s just meh. It’s also a Marine collagen which in studies has been shown to be very effective for skin. It makes your mouth feel a little slippery but I’ve quickly gotten used to it. I mix with water and a true lime packet and have no issues.

Tastes like sewer water
This stuff is nasty. I mix it with a very small amount of water and it clumps up and won’t dissolve. I have to plug my nose to swallow it. It definitely tastes like sewer water. I can’t return mine now because it’s been to long. I tried to deal with it but unable to after about a week or so.I don’t know how these other people claim it’s tasteless. If you smell the powder alone, it smells good, but as soon as it’s mixed in water, it smells like sewage.DO NOT BUY THIS.

Ingredients seem promising but it it hard to stir up without lumps. Probably fine in a blender but not for stirring into coffee which is what I do with my collagen. I like Sports Research Marine Collagen better.

effective collagen supplement!
I’ve been searching for a collagen supplement to help with overall aging especially when it comes to my skin and nails. I’ve tried several other collagen products but I must say the HA Routine one is by far the best when it comes to results. After consistent use, I noticed a nice glow and suppleness to my skin. I like that it contains liposmal vitamins, hyaluronic acid and biotin all which help boost your body’s collagen production. It’s easy to incorporate into my morning routine, simply add a scoop to room temp water and mix with a frother (I noticed the powder dissolves best that way). Added bonus, there are 9grams of protein with each serving! Recently, I started adding HA Routine’s glutathione to my collagen and I’ve noticed a boost in my immune system. I didn’t know that glutathione is an important antioxidant that helps with detox, anti-aging and overall health. The taste is good too! I highly recommend you add both to your daily routine.
