I was surprised by the quality of this light. I have never tried red light therapy but it’s worth a try.

Decent Red lights for home use.
Pretty good, easy install, nice stand and doesn’t look cheap. My family likes it, may help with hair growth. It is relaxing to use under the light and listen to nice music, Holy Bible verses, and praying. It is like having your own med bed at home.

This is amazing!Great for stiff neck joints and my pups. We lay under it for 30 mins a day. Had it for two weeks I can feel the difference!Our little Pomeranian / bichon has knee problems, I think (haven’t been to the vet yet) Jackie is feeling better. If you’re looking for a good red light, this is the one! Easy set up and I even keep the stand in the corner and just take out the lamp when Im ready to use it. Especially if you have animals or kids. It’s nice to be able to assemble it quickly and put it away without any worries of it breaking. Good quality though! I’ve seen a massive difference in my skin already. I have terrible skin and really needed help. This is has given me a natural looking glow.

Save your money for better
I would just pay the extra money and get the next step up or a different brand completely. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of product I received. And even though it advertises the same amount of why it as like the UV masks, it does not put off nearly the same amount of light. In addition to that, the stand doesn’t connect very well at all and the pieces just don’t sit together. So I’m most likely I won’t even be able to use the stand and I’ll have to hang out from the ceiling which will make it so I have even less direct light… I’m really not too impressed with the product at all.

Better choices out there!
Not durable and very cheap plastic. Plastic makes noises as it heats up and the light is not adjustable. For sure if it falls over the plastic housing will shatter.
