It’s comfortable, easy to use, and the automatic sessions make staying consistent simple.The cap feels well-made, provides great scalp coverage, and is discreet enough to wear while relaxing at home. Perfect Solution for My Needs
First off, I really like the design. The red-light device is separate from the cap and can be placed in any standard sized cap if the one it ships with is not comfortable. Speaking of caps–the one included is high quality, adjustable and confirmed machine washable (I washed it right away before using it. Just the cap, not the lights!).I have only used it once after charging it to full. It ran for 20 minutes and automatically shut off. The coverage area is adequate. Not as much as some very expensive units, but for the price of this I’m okay with that. The coverage area does shine on the crown and the front hairline area. Nothing on the sides or back, but men rarely lose hair there. Women take note if they need that kind of coverage.Overall, I like it. I’m glad I bought it, and because it operates on battery I can literally put on the cap and walk around, do chores, watch YT, what-have-you, while it’s one and it’s nearly as light as wearing any ball cap.

okay, just to start off, first time using any product of its kind. i work in the medical field and took quite a few science classes in my days, and the rationale/science behind the whole product or other products with similar mechanisms makes sense. i am no physicist, dermatologist, or hair specialist, but the idea is that the lights of different frequencies are supposed to help stimulate hair growth and maybe even “awaken” those dormant follicles.i’ve been struggling with hair loss for quite some time. tried minoxidil (oral and topical), finasteride, hair vitamins, shampoos, conditioners, you name it. currently my regimen is minoxidil topical, minimum dose finasteride, and this hat (which i will get into in a moment). the caveat is that my life has also become much less stressful, although i am still very busy and sleep deprived, but my mood/mental state and diet have been better overall. there are very well-rated skin/hair vitamins out there that i’m sure would also help rather than hurt.now to the actual review of the hat. like very easy to use, “simpler” in appearance without any other crazy features or anything, but what do you expect for the price? either way, there is a “pad” with light electrodes that emit three different colors: red, blue, and combination of red/blue. supposedly these are the frequencies that stimulate hair growth as i mentioned before, but i just use it on purple every time. i’ve been using it for about 3-4 months now, as regularly as possible, so approximately 15-30 minutes nightly, sometimes during the morning if i’m at home and not doing anything. i think the machine shuts off automatically in about 15 minutes as long as it is charged properly. it’s just a normal hat with an adjustable back, fits just fine for me and probably for most people. i have a huge head too. nothing crazy about the design/aesthetics of the hat, but absolutely nothing to complain about either. simple, plain, gets the job donei have not taken any progress pictures (wish i would have), but this was literally just a “the science makes sense, the price is cheap, why not see if the product actually does what it advertises?” absolutely absolutely game changing. i will have to keep this review updated, but in the short 3-4 months of pretty regular but DEFINITELY not religious use, i’ve noticed significant thickening of my hair with noticeable growths of newer hair too. once again, not exactly sure if the frequencies of the light and all that are actually tested like they claim, and i personally have not tested them, but it seems to certainly be making a difference,potential improvements(?): now i’m not sure about how the designing process works and what is practical, or whether or not these changes would make a difference, but the security of the “light apparatus” (it is separate from the hat) onto the hat itself is a little questionable. still, i have no problem wearing the hat with my whole head being exposed to all the lights, but if there was a way to either embed the lights into the hat or secure them better, that would be great. also, not sure if more bulbs can be added to expand coverage of the whole scalp? also not sure if this would make a difference in terms of efficacy, but just a thought.otherwise, HIGHLY recommend this product and will keep you all posted for anyone interested. great work to the seller, and please improve and make even better products!

Excellent value
Great price! Excellent value. This is the same, if not better than similar products on Amazon that are selling for triple the price. Multiple different settings so you can adjust the mode and use it exactly how you need it. Even had a blue light, too! Comfortable fit, charges fast and best of all, shuts off automatically on its own when the 20 minute session is over. Very happy with this. Will also be using for my child with ADHD.
