Way too expensive even if they work
I am constantly trying out menopause pills to help with my mild hot flashes. I get them every few nights and while they do not last long I get so hot it wakes me up and I cannot sleep for a while. So far I’ve been taking gummies that I only need one and it helps immediately. But still, I like to try out different pills to see if I can find something that is not sugary and bad for my teeth just to get hot flashes handled. These so far seem to work. Another great thing about this is that you only need one pill, unlike so many that require 2-3. So for me, taking one pill before bed works. I do not know and cannot attest to how they would work on stronger symptoms.I am giving this 4 stars because at $32.99. Even though this is technically a 2 month supply it’s still quite expensive. I also which it was a tablet instead of a capsule because then I could cut it in half to test out and see if half a pill works.I still recommend if you can get this on sale because it does seem to provide relief of those pesky symptoms we must endure as we age fabulously!!

O take two a day but still not working for 21 days.
I have to give this 2 stars because I have severe heat coming out from my body, when it comes out I panic sometimes and try to find whatever can get me cool off. In the past I was taking progesterone pills 10 days a month plus patch, I gain so much weight and my breast were so tender and so big I end up getting periods all over again and it was not a good experience. I stop them so now I been taking these for 21 days I don’t see any improvement I’m still hot. I turn on my expensive portable AC but it work as a fan(waste of money) then I turn on the window AC both of which hem I can sleep peacefully with no heat but on the other side at work OMG I am suffering, I was trying to take something that is chemical free but apparently this one is not the one and I am not going to waste my money for something irrelevant. I am very sorry for the negative reviews but it is what it is right? It doesn’t work for me may be I need something more stronger.
